Priding ourselves on the craft of butchery, we source the best of naturally-raised, hormone-free meats from close to home. Featuring Mennonite-raised chicken, Berkshire pork, in-house made deli meats free of nitrates and more. Just this year, we discovered a great angus beef from Prince Edward Island raised naturally without hormones.
